Yes, we currently ship across most EU countries. We’re working on expanding our delivery zones to reach even more customers soon.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €50. For smaller orders, a small fee may apply depending on your country — the final cost will always be shown at checkout

Returns & Refunds
Easy, hassle-free process for every order.Yes. You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, send us an email with your order number and reason for return.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days using the same payment method.
We’re truly sorry if that happens. Please send clear photos of the product and your order number to support@kaldorin.com. We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
