2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (grocery, food items, etc.)

  • Personal care, health, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned as final sale)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at our support email.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
